My name is Pabitra Belel. I completed my Higher Secondary Education in 2014 with Arts as my stream. 

 

I have over 9 years of professional experience across three different industries, with a primary focus on electrical systems, solar energy, and renewable energy projects. Over the past 7 years, I have gained hands-on experience across three different industries, developing a strong technical background in electrical systems, solar power, and renewable energy projects.

Currently, I work as a Renewable Energy Project Engineer, specialising in the design, installation, and commissioning of solar PV systems. I have expertise in SCADA integration, Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panels, smart metering, and IoT-based energy solutions. Throughout my career, I have managed complete project lifecycles — from feasibility studies and design to execution and operation & maintenance (O&M) — consistently delivering optimized solutions that improve both efficiency and return on investment (ROI).

Regarding my family background, I belong to a small and close-knit family of three members — my father, who is a retired farmer, and my mother, who is a homemaker.

As for my personal interests, I enjoy playing football, reading newspapers, drawing, and learning new technologies related to renewable energy and automation. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and explore innovative approaches to sustainable energy systems.
